Custom 3D Printed Heroforge Miniatures - Standard and XL size

How to order: 

  1. Create Your Dream Miniature – Head over to HeroForge.com and design your perfect character with all the details you love!

  2. Purchase the STL File – In the buy menu, select the STL Download option (currently £7.99 at time of writing 20/03/2025). This gives you access to a digital STL file of your miniature, ready for 3D printing.

  3. Confirm the Scale – Check if your miniature is a standard size or if it falls into one of our XL categories (such as wings, mounted figures, or large bases). Not sure on your model size? Drop us a message before placing the order and we will happily help. 

  4. Place Your Order & Send Us Your File – Purchase this listing, then email your STL file to orders@theprinttavern.co.uk or share a link via your preferred cloud storage.

  5. We Handle the Rest! – We’ll download, support, and 3D print your miniature with high-quality results.

  6. Ready to Play! – We clean up and ship your custom mini so once it arrives all you have left to do is paint and play. 

 

We know how fun (and totally addictive) Hero Forge is, and we’re excited to help make custom miniatures more accessible for everyone!

Our models are printed to order with great care, using high-quality ABS-like resin whenever possible. This resin is a bit tougher than standard options, but please remember to handle your miniatures with care during storage and transport. We print at 50 microns with 100% infill to give your models a bit more weight and durability, making them perfect for any tabletop adventure!

All of our miniatures arrive unpainted and ready for you to add your personal touch! While we do our best to remove any supports, a little light sanding or cleanup might be needed to perfect your miniature. Additionally, due to the printing process, the bases may not always be perfectly round.

Material

  • Printed from resin - colour will vary depending on resin we have available at the time.

  • All models will be printed to order and are printed at 50 microns with 100% infill to make the models slightly heavier and more robust. Larger models may be printed hollow and include discreet drainage holes, which can be easily filled with epoxy putty during finishing.

  • The base of the model may not be completely round due to the model orientation during the printing process.

  • All models and parts come unprimed and unpainted but will be cleaned, UV cured, and supports removed. As with any miniature some additional clean up maybe required.
