Aterian the Midnight Scale is an ancient black dragon whose existence has remained hidden from the world for centuries. Bound to darkness in the elder days, it has slumbered deep within its lair, patiently plotting its return while history slowly forgot its kind.

Now the time has come for Aterian to emerge. Its nefarious plans have caught the attention of a human king, who has placed a bounty upon the ancient beast. Those who seek the reward will have to face a truly formidable opponent.

This Gargantuan dragon makes an imposing centrepiece for fantasy tabletop encounters, whether guarding a vast underground lair or serving as the ultimate challenge in a long-running campaign.
